Create an output intervention

Functionality Create a stock removal actionfeature of the K inventory software enables you to efficiently manage your company’s material issues.

This feature enables you to check out references and files, move references and assign them to a user or group of users.

 

This feature is only available on the Web version.

 

Intervention Stock removalallows you to remove references and folders.

All references contained in a folder will also be removed.

1. In the left-hand menu, click on the icon Interventions intervention

 

2. Click on Create an intervention Order acceptance procedure

 

3. In the Description field of the Stock actionsection, click on the intervention stock removal

 

Interventions are based on a principle of tasks that you can assign to a user or group of users:

  • Only the assigned account or group can perform and validate a task
  • Tasks must be assigned to ensure that the intervention is carried out correctly.
  • Some tasks are optional and can be removed from the intervention, such as the Import references to receive task.
  • By default, the first task is assigned to the person who created the intervention.

 

4. Complete the information on the Creating an exit intervention :

  • Title
  • Start date
  • End date

5 (Optional) To remove a non-mandatory step, uncheck its check box.

For example, uncheck the following tasks Material preparation and Reserving references

 

6. To assign a task to a user or group of users, click on Assign tothen click on the

 

7. Save your changes with the Save

8. At the bottom right of the screen, save your changes using the Save

 

9. To select the references to be moved, click on the Three points icon and then on the Open button, or click on the job name. material preparation

 

10. In Start locationselect the folder where the references and files to be removed from stock are located.

 

11. In Recipientselect the service, account or department to which the references and files are to be sent.

 

To avoid having to scan or enter part number and file IDs or barcodes during the job. Material outputtask, click on the toggle icon.

By default, reference scanning on the Material output task.

12. Go to List of references and files to be removed click on the icon to scan the references to be added to the intervention.

 

If a folder is scanned at the Stock Removal stage, all the references in it will also be moved.

 

To facilitate the processing of interventions, four counters display the status of references inventoried, issued, moved or received:

  • Unplanned: Number of part numbers for which the quantity entered is not identical to the information on the platform, or the part number location is incorrect.
  • Unknown: Number of references scanned or entered but not existing on the platform
  • Expected: Number of references yet to be scanned or filled in
  • Scanned: Number of references correctly scanned or filled in

 

13. In the list of output references, click on the scanner icon to perform a manual search.

 

14. In the Find a reference pop-up, select a category to perform an initial filter on the search for a reference or folder.

15. In the list of references displayed, click on the more icon of the reference you wish to add.

 

Only references present in the selected folder and any subfolders will be listed in the pop-up window. Search for a reference.

16. In the Quantity field, enter the number of products to be moved.

17. Save the quantity entered using the Save

 

18. In List of references to be removedclick on the scanner icon to scan the references to be added to the intervention.

Product can be associated with a piece of equipment, this is the functionality Association of references.

This function enables you to automatically update a piece of equipment and the products associated with it.

 

For example, you can automate the decrementation of Product type reference quantities (e.g. keyboard and mouse) for each issue of an Equipment type reference (e.g. HP 840 G9 laptop).

 

19. To remove a reference or folder from the list of references to be removed, click on the empty box icon on the line concerned, then on the basket

 

20. Save your changes with the Save

 

Result of exit intervention creation

 

Following automatic task update Reference reservationit is possible to identify a reserved piece of equipment or product:

  • Equipment: equipment will go to Reserved status
  • Products: the Quantity available field will be updated and a new reservation will be created in the product file.
