View a file’s history

Functionality View historyThis function enables you to trace all modifications made to a folder in the K inventory platform.

 

 

This feature is only available on the Web version.

Each file record has a history, enabling you to trace all modifications made.

 

1. Click on the edit icon Edit of the folder whose history you wish to consult

2. To view changes made to the file, click on the History

The History tab lets you consult all the modifications made to the file, in particular :

  • Field concerned
  • Previous value
  • New value
  • Modification date
  • Author of modification
